Barbell Foundation Program

SATURDAY 9:30AM

This session is for anyone wanting to work on the main barbell movements: deadlifts, squats, cleans all the way up to over head squats and snatches.

This class is limited to 8 people and will be based on the weightlifting platforms of the gym using barbells, broomsticks and body weight.
