Intermediate to Advanced Session
Everyone gets their own barbell, weights and an erg (row, ski, bike, runner or assault)
No sharing of equipment and a no contact session.
45 minute session using a barbell and an erg
Thorough cleaning of equipment - pre, during and post session using 70% methylated spirits cleaning mixture.
Instructed by our professional TCG coaches.

- Barbell - deadlifts, rows, presses, squats, cleans and other W/L derivatives
- Ergs - Concept 2: ski, row, bike, assault bikes and curve runners

Proficient in the main barbell compound lifts:
You need to be able to comfortably hold the barbell in a front rack position and perform a full front squat
- Deadlift, Squats (front and back squat) and overhead presses.
- Power cleans (can and will be taught in the class using a broomstick or kettlebells until proficient with bar)
