The Foundation Program is designed as a pathway into our main group sessions. Allowing you to safely and confidently build a base and then progress. 

These sessions are small intimate groups (8 or less per session) focusing on technique, movement patterns and building a cardio base to ease your way into The Cube Gym main group sessions.

It is great for people new to gym or physical exercise, those returning from injury, or perhaps it has been a few years since you ran onto the footy field or netball court? Or maybe work or the kids have got in the way of exercise for the last few years. 
During the Foundation Program we will be able to work with you to build confidence, slow things down and work on specific areas of that fit with you.

Q. What sort of classes do you offer?
A. We offer over 45 classes per week. TCG is open 7 days of the week. These classes include (but are not limited to): strength and conditioning, push / pull strength classes, foundation programming, cardio and core, boxing, mobility and stretch, ladies only weight training, ladies only conditioning, group conditioning, plus much more. Our full timetable can be found here…

Q. I am new to gym / training, will I be able to fit in?
A. Definitely. Our programming is such that we cater to different fitness levels, abilities and skill sets. We are proud to offer a Foundation Program which is FREE and included in your trial as well as our Unlimited Membership. This is a chance for our newer members to really get to know the programming we offer at TCG and help work through any questions or queries they may have, with a strong focus on technique and form. 

Q. When do the Foundation classes take place? 
These sessions run: Monday (6:00pm) Wednesday (7:00am) Friday (7:00am) Saturday (9:30am). There are only 8 spaces for each of these sessions, so please be sure to book in if you are interested. A full timetable can be found here...

Q. How do I register for the trial?
A. All you need to do is click here and register with our gym management tool MindBody. Register your details, enter your payment and you are good to go.
 
Q. When does my trial begin?
A. Your trial begins when you attend your first class. So you can register now and begin when you are ready.
 
Q. During the two week trial can I attend all classes?
A. Yes. Once you are registered you can attend all the classes on the timetable.
 
Q. Why does it cost $25?
A. In the past we have offered a one week free trial, however we wanted to increase that offering by opening up our Foundation Program and allow more time for you to get to know how our programming and timetable works at The Cube Gym. We have found that this monetary commitment also helps get people on the gym floor and committed to the sessions. This is the sort of person we want to see walking through our doors at The Cube Gym. 
 
Q. Do you have a beginners class?
A. We are proud to offer a Foundation Program at TCG which is a great start for any beginners. This is FREE and included in your trial as well as our Unlimited Membership.

Q. How do I book in for my first class?
A. The best way to book into your first session is via The Cube Gym App (iPhone / Android). Or alternatively you can book in here…

Q. How many group training sessions are included?
A. We have over 45 sessions on each week at The Cube Gym. With your 2 Week for $25 trail you can attend any of the sessions on our timetable (we don’t expect you to make it to them all, however being a two week trial we believe this gives you a good chance to try a variety of sessions across the timetable, plus lets you really understand our methodology at The Cube Gym. Plus, we want to make sure we are the right gym for you, we fit in your schedule and are exactly what you are after. 
 
Q. Once I have completed my trial, how do I sign up?
A. If you sign up before the end of your trial, we will give you ONE WEEK FREE. The best way to sign up is via TCG App (iPhone / Android), you can find a step-by-step guide here. Alternatively you can sign up through MindBody Online here. Or we can process this in the gym with you.
 

Q. How much is membership?
A. Our most popular is our Unlimited "Results" Membership which is $50/week. This membership has to be locked in for a min. 6 months. Other membership options can be found here. 

Q. What other memberships do you have?
A. At The Cube Gym w
e have a variety of other membership options including student / apprentice rates ($40/week). Gym access only ($27.50 / week). Off Peak Membership ($35 / week). Casual classes are available for $30 per session / gym visit. 

​Q. Is your membership a lock in contract?
A. We have two options here, our $60 / week "Freedom" Membership is a no lock in contract, cancel anytime. (We just ask, that if you can, give us two weeks notice so we can process this easily). We also have a $50 / week "Results" Membership which is a lock in for a min. 6 months. 
​We can also pause your membership if needed. For example, you may go away for holidays or are unwell. This pause can only be made for periods greater than four weeks.
 
Q. Can I just use the gym?
A. Yes. As a part of our Unlimited Membership you can use the gym floor anytime we are open (7 days per week). We do ask however that classes and PT’s get priority over equipment.
 ​

Q. Do you have an app? 
A. Yes. You can download our the TCG App here 
(iPhone / Android). From the app your can book classes, see the timetable, plus book in for any of our The Cube Allied Health Services. 

Q. Do you have a creche?
A. No. We do however have time periods we like to think of as “kid friendly” we will be able to advise you on these.
 
Q. Do you have showers and change facilities?
A. Yes. We have a brand new shower and change area for male and female (2 x showers in each) along we amenities for your use (we unfortunately do not provide towels).
