This workshop will benefit those keen to learn, develop and master the handstand
You will be coached on the following:
- Breaking down the handstand into the sum of the parts - i.e working specific drills to help put the whole together movement together.
- Discover weaknesses in your body that need to be addressed to help with the overall handstand process (i.e this could be a lack of lat and upper body strength, or could be thoracic mobility or even co-ordination)
- Gain confidence with a coach spotting you through the complete handstand to help you get a better feeling for doing it yourself
- Leverage of the years of experience of Professional Gymnastics Coach Ben Wood of Handspring Gymnastics who has taught gymnastics for over 17yrs and facilitated Muscle Up Workshops for all abilities.
