Time at the Cube: new kid on the block!
Favourite exercise: Deadlift & Pull Ups
Exercise history: I was always involved in sports growing up particularly touch football and netball, but moved into weight training in my late teens. Starting with the common BodyPump classes and later into heavier programming I became surrounded by inspiring strong colleagues (including Lewy!). I began to test my 1RM's and worked on perfecting compound lifts which lead me down a path of 'strongman' and crossfit competitions.
What are your main goals and results you wish to achieve at The Cube: Having heard many brilliant things about the Cube, I want to become apart of this fantastic community having just relocated from the 'gong'. I'd also like to continue to learn and grow as a coach, and provide some helpful tips and tricks to the members to help them move better and become fitter & stronger individuals.
What is your favourite thing about training at The Cube: Walking in to the space with a bunch of people having a good crack at their training with smiles on their faces.
What does your average daily diet consist of?
80% paleo with plenty of coffee and a couple of beers for good measure
What other training or sports do you participate in outside of The Cube:
Crossfit, weightlifting and yoga.
