This workshop will benefit those keen to learn, develop and master the technique and efficiency of Ring Muscle Ups
You will be coached on the following:
- Breaking down the Muscle Up into the sum of the parts - i.e working specific drills to help put the whole together movement together.
- Discover weaknesses in your body that need to be addressed to help with the overall Muscle Up progress (i.e this could be a lack of lat and upper body strength, or could be thoracic mobility etc)
- Master the drills on the low rings that will help you with the co-ordination and timing aspect of when it comes to transitioning in the full Muscle Up.
- Gain confidence with a coach spotting you through the complete MU to help you get a better feeling for doing it yourself
- Leverage of the years of experience of Professional Gymnastics Coach Ben Wood of Handspring Gymnastics who has taught gymnastics for over 17yrs and facilitated Muscle Up Workshops for all abilities.
- Crack your first (or 100th) muscle up!
