This will be a 60min Obstacle Racing inspired session simulating the racing demands found within an obstacle event (Spartan Race, True Grit etc), such as the ability to transition from strength elements to running, hill climbing and grip strength, durability and mental toughness.
Sessions will take place 9am at The Cube Saturday mornings starting from FEB 10 (book in here..), with Coach Chris Woolley leading each session.
Chris has competed in many Obstacle Races with several Spartan / True Grit / Tough Mudder / Raw Challenge wins under his belt.
This will be a great session for anyone new to obstacle racing, those who have conquered a few and want to learn from the best or those just looking to dig deep on a Saturday morning and mix up their training.
There will also be a few soft sand dune sessions along the way.
