The Cube Gym Open Day + TURF Games Practice Run / Competition
Saturday 2nd November from 9:30am
FREE EVENT for OUR OPEN DAY and CELEBRATING 1 YEAR IN OUR HOME.
TEAMS of 5
At least 2 Girls in each team.
The session will roll through in waves of 3 teams, with everyone starting on the A block (strength 3RM) then B, C and finishing with D.
10 minutes each block with 5 minutes change / rest.
Waves:
1st: 9:30am
2nd: 9:45
3rd: 10:00
4th: 10:15am
5th: 10:30am (5th wave will finish at 11:25am)
Each block will be ranked 1st to last and the team with the best overall performance wins.
We Welcome any other Gyms, Teams, Weekend Warriors and Turf Game Competitors.
Maximum of 15 teams of 5 athletes (at least 2 girls in each team), register below.

Find everyones 3RM Front Squat
*Full range: hip crease below patella to full extension at hips
*2 squat racks per team, load as you please
Score = Total of all 3RM’s
B -
Indian File
BB Ground to overhead x 6 (30/45kg)
DB Farmers Carry 2x20/35kg (10m up/b)
2 Players Row
*Pick an order and stay in it
*Max individual efforts on the row = 60 seconds
*2 players start on the Row
Score = Total metres on both Rowers
C -
2 Bikes, Run and Sled
- 4km on both Bikes
Then:
Max Metres on the sled 150kg total (10m up/b)
Plus, everyone must complete 1 x TRUE Protein Run (800m) in the 10 min
*2-3 Runners at once from the start
*Sled - 1 Push and 1 Pull
Score = Sled Metres
D -
Ski, Hold and Sprint
2 Players Ski Erg
2 Players 2KB Front Rack Hold (10/16kg)
1 Player FULL RAMP Run
*Everyone must complete 1 x FULL RAMP Run
*2 x KB Front Rack Hold must be held at all times - Each drop = - 500 m ski
*2 x Ski’s per team
*Once all runs are complete, 1 player rests
Score = Total metres on both Ski's
