Once you have purchased, you will be able to download the workout PDF. I will then give you access to the dropbox folder containing each workout video demonstration and technique run down, the movements and full warm up. Complete with technique cue's and full video demonstrations
1 per DAY Monday - Friday
Each one of these workouts is aimed to go for 30 minutes. I have put together a warm up that will take 5 minutes, total time 35 minutes. All you need is your body weight, some space to move and for the final workout, a 400m distance to run.

Also, great idea to keep track of your total rounds, time and repetitions you completed in each one so you can track progress!
Notes: A1, A2 = “superset” meaning you do Exercise A1 followed by exercise A2 as a mini “circuit”
