This 8 Week Challenge is about getting the results YOU want for your body!
We will be using the gold standard of body composition testing; the DEXA Scan, to measure your muscle mass, body fat, bone density and basal metabolic rate.
From there we will work with you to identify your goals and what you want to achieve over the 8 weeks through a 1:1 session with a TCAH Physiotherapist, a group information night highlighting: training and performance, nutrition and mindset. We will then break down into smaller groups to set SMART goals specifically for you.
Each week we will check in with you to see how you are progressing and answer any of your questions / talk through how you are doing.
At the end of the 8 Weeks we will do a secondary screening with the DEXA Scan to see how well you have done! All results will be confidential and specific to you, HOWEVER those with the greatest % relative change over the 8 weeks have the chance to win $1,000 in CASH PRIZES!

Q. Do you offer a trial?
A. Yes. We offer a 2 Week for $25 trial. This gives you access to all gym classes and open gym training during your trial period. You can sign up here.
Q. How much is membership?
A. Our most popular is our Unlimited "Results" Membership which is $50/week. This membership has to be locked in for a min. 6 months. Other membership options can be found here.
Q. What other memberships do you have?
A. At The Cube Gym we have a variety of other membership options including student / apprentice rates ($40/week). Gym access only ($27.50 / week). Off Peak Membership ($35 / week). Casual classes are available for $30 per session / gym visit.
Q. Is your membership a lock in contract?
A. We have two options here, our $60 / week "Freedom" Membership is a no lock in contract, cancel anytime. (We just ask, that if you can, give us two weeks notice so we can process this easily). We also have a $50 / week "Results" Membership which is a lock in for a min. 6 months.
We can also pause your membership if needed. For example, you may go away for holidays or are unwell. This pause can only be made for periods greater than four weeks.
Q. What’s the difference between The Cube Gym and other group training gyms?
A. At The Cube Gym we pride ourselves on our high level of service, highly experienced trainers and qualified trainers, world class facilities and hands on approach to training.
We do much more than HIIT classes, we offer over 45+ group sessions per week. These include (but not limited to); strength and conditioning, push / pull strength classes, foundation programming, cardio and core, boxing, mobility and stretch, ladies only weight training, ladies only conditioning, group conditioning, plus much more. All of which follow structured and evidence based programming.
The Cube Gym is open 7 days per week.
Your membership not only includes the scheduled classes, but you are able to use the gym in your own time as well.
Our price point is extremely competitive for our offering at $50 per week for Unlimited Membership.
We have plenty of space, you wont be training in a shoebox.

A. Full timetable is here. In a snapshot, we are open from 5:15am until 7:30pm Monday to Friday and then open from 7am on Saturday and 8am on Sunday.

Q. Do you have a beginners class?
A. We are proud to offer a Foundation Program at TCG which is a great start for beginners. This is FREE and included in your trial as well as our Unlimited Membership.
It is a chance for our newer members to really get to know the programming we offer at TCG and help work through any questions or queries they may have, with a strong focus on technique and form. These sessions run: Monday (6:00pm) Wednesday (7:00am) Friday (7:00am) Saturday (9:30am). Timetable here.
There are only 8 spaces for each of these sessions, so please be sure to book in if you are interested.

A. Definitely. Our programming is such that we cater to all different fitness levels, abilities and skill sets. We are proud to offer a Foundation Program which is FREE and included in your trial as well as our Unlimited Membership. Q. When does my trial begin?
A. Your trial begins when you attend your first class. So you can register now and start when you are ready.
Q. During my trial can I attend all classes?
A. Yes. Once you are registered you can attend all the classes on the timetable.

Q. Can I just use the gym?
A. Yes. As a part of our Unlimited Membership you can use the gym floor anytime we are open (7 days per week). We do ask however that classes and PT’s get priority over equipment.
Q. Do you have an app?
A. Yes. You can download our the TCG App here (iPhone / Android). From the app your can book classes, see the timetable, plus book in for any of our The Cube Allied Health Services.
Q. Do you have a creche?
A. No. We do however have time periods we like to think of as “kid friendly” we will be able to advise you on these.
Q. Do you have showers and change facilities?
A. Yes. We have a brand new shower and change area for male and female (2 x showers in each) along we amenities for your use (we unfortunately do not provide towels).
Q. What other services do you provide?
