For the first segment I'm gonna talk to you about my experience with Backyard Fit and the reformed Backyard Fit now known as The Cube!
I wish I could say I have been with this project from the start but to be totally honest, early on I wanted nothing to do with it! The whole group fitness thing just didn't do it for me, I preferred doing my own thing; standard weights, dum bells and bench press. However, seeing the boy’s results made me want to join and I haven't looked back! Different workouts every day and training with your best mates gives The Cube a great vibe, never far from a laugh. Great banter between the boys every single session from me and Whits doing our immature jokes and puns, to New comers Gootz, Rigby and big Ress blending in on our antics while we all try and impress our trainer Lewis!
