Experience :

My fitness journey began instructing Les Mills Group training in my early 20’s. Once qualified , I ran outdoor boot camps and mobile PT whilst I worked full time in my Corporate roles. I took the leap and started my own business Gym n tonic out of The Cube in 2020 and haven’t looked back since!
