Experience;

I began working in the health and fitness industry in 2009, working with both general populations and elite level athletes.

I travelled to the University of Miami, Florida to complete my undergraduate studies and shortly after returning joined The Cube Gym team during their very first month of operations back in 2014 as a strength and conditioning coach.

In 2016 I completed my physiotherapy studies, so I began to deliver both S+C and physio services to The Cube community.

In 2020 I partnered with Lewis in The Cube Allied Health (located on Level 1) to bring a holistic, multi-faceted pathway for people to optimise their health regardless of training or injury status.

Additionally, since completing my physiotherapy qualification, I have been working at the Manly Warringah Sea Eagles, starting initially in an intern physio role, then became one of two physio’s with the U20s NYC side that went on to win the competition in 2017.

For the past two seasons I have been engaged full time as their NRL rehabilitation physio.
