Kelly’s love of Pilates became prominent about 7 years ago after spending many years engaging in high
intensity, strength training and long distance running. By adding Pilates into her workouts, it gave her
the balance she needed, both physically and mentally. It is these benefits, she hopes to instill in the members at TCG.

The coordination of both mind and body, muscle flexibility, joint stability, strength and core control is key to Kelly’s practice and philosophy and because of this, Kelly wanted to share her enjoyment and love of Pilates with others so went on to complete both Mat and Reformer with Polestar Education.

Health and Fitness has always been a huge part of her life and her weekly exercise consists of a variety of Pilates, strength and conditioning, function training and running….and she is an avid soccer player!
