Growing up Steph would play any sport that was available to her and would put her hand up to join any team sport especially throughout high school.

This is where Stephs my love for Fitness all began!

She began in the fitness industry in 2008 and started with Personal Training and teaching Les Mills BodyPump classes and since then has tried everything she has got the chance to do; from mini trampoline classes, boxing, Bodyattack to cycle, but Steph found Pilates Reformer in 2015 and loved what it offered in regards to strength and control for class members and herself.

For Steph, the most rewarding thing to see as an instructor is having someone brand new to pilates or fitness come into your class feeling a little nervous and unsure and being able to guide them through their class so when they leave they feel like they want to and CAN do it all again!

Steph’s style of teaching is mixed between slow/controlled/body awareness to a flow and burn!! She does love a bit of scooter and booty work and that feeling of “oh i think i’ve just grown a little taller” as you leave a class.

But the most important part is to make each member feel welcomed and that they can achieve the class, there’s a regression and progression for everything and sometimes bigger isn’t always better.
