Lewis is the owner and head trainer at The Cube Gym. He has a passion for strength, conditioning and nutrition to help build functionality and health in both sports people and the general population.
The Cube’s training philosophy is to do the basics right; work hard and bring a positive attitude. We aren't trying to re invent the wheel with some fancy type of training, we are looking at nutrition, strength, aerobic conditioning, flexibility and lifestyle options to make healthy and successful lifestyles. We aspire to provide the tools and environment to make this happen.

Andrew has 9 years experience working as a strength & conditioning coach, personal trainer and more recently a physiotherapist, working with people of all abilities from stroke rehab patients through to elite athletes across a variety of sports. 

He is committed to delivering enjoyable, challenging and highly effective exercise programming, no matter what your health and fitness goals may be. He believes fitness needs to be something that leaves you feeling satisfied, successful and one step closer to achieving your health and performance goals.

Nick started as a personal trainer in 2009 at Willoughby Fitness First soon after completing a Bachelor in Exercise & Sport Science where he reenforced his love for Strength & Conditioning, Human Biology and Advanced Exercise Physiology. Nick has run a successful business within Baranagroo & Mosman Fitness First, leading a number of seminars and outdoor training experiences.
For a huge part of his career Nick has worked with clients that live with disabilities and/or chronic disease. Working with clients that live with Multiple Sclerosis , Muscular Dystrophy, Motor Neurone Disease, Autism, Cardiovascular Disease and Amputation. These particular experiences have gifted Nick a unique perspective on human movement which has shaped the way he coaches.
In 2019 Nick started a new company Optimal Humans, a tech company with a mission of improving specific populations health and wellbeing. Here they promote education in health, strength & conditioning, disease prevention and longevity. Providing a blueprint to accessing human potential. Maintaining a collaborative, authentic and empowering business strategy and customer experience.

Nat has been a PT and trainer for since 2008, springing from an active childhood and teen years, and competitive in nature, Nat always managed to be participating in some sort of sports year round. What Nat lacked in skill or natural ability, she made up for in perseverance and consistency, much like the way she continues to  approach her health and fitness. As a representative touch football player, avid runner, strongwoman competitor and nowadays a competitive Crossfit athlete, Nat enjoys testing her body physically but also thrives off the mental demands of fitness. 

Having personally spent the last 6 years studying at university, whilst juggling her own business along with dedicating time to her own training, Nat fully understands that priorities in life shift from time to time. Keeping in mind that your health affects everything you do and everyone you know, she encourages time management and preparation to ensure that good health and wellbeing allow for a lifestyle that is sustainable no matter what life presents. Longevity in keeping the body moving and the mind healthy is essential!

Following a successful career in Real Estate spanning close to a decade, Erin's decision to move in to the Fitness industry was an easy one. Amanda started out instructing Les Mills Group training in her early 20's and completed her Certificates in Fitness at that same time. She has worked full time and part time in the industry since then, all whilst juggling corporate roles but always maintaining fitness on the side by instructing bootcamps for corporate groups, running my own outdoor training in my home town Adelaide and doing some mobile personal training. 
Fitness and training is a way of life for Amanda and she believes movement is key to mental and physical health. Amanda aims to encourage and educate her clients and TCG members so they can find the confidence to take what they learn and apply it into all aspects of their life and hopefully it becomes a way of life for them too! 

Amanda loves yoga, running, weights, reading, travelling, festivals (I love a boogie) and number one would have to be hanging out with my four legged best mate - GUS the groodle.

With her dynamic but breezy teaching style, Maxi likes to unlock both the physical and mental benefits of Pilates. She’ll make you do small movements with big impact to build your deep core, strength your small stabilising muscles and tone your limbs. You’ll get a full body workout with every class, leaving you lengthened, energised and balanced. 

Having grown up as a swimmer, Maxi learned early on what it meant to have tight muscles and a sore body. When she discovered Pilates for the first time, she felt her body recover and relax, but also her mind recharge. Since turning her passion into a profession, she’s been passing on the benefits Pilates to her clients. Growing up in Germany, America and The Netherlands and constantly moving, she’s realised the importance of making movement a priority to counteract a chaotic day to day life.

Today she takes a very holistic approach to wellness, finding a balance between being physically healthy while still having fun. When she’s not on the mat, the reformer or at the gym, Maxi is an Art Director at a creative agency in the city.

Growing up Steph would play any sport that was available to her and would put her hand up to join any team sport especially throughout high school. 
This is where Stephs my love for Fitness all began!
She began in the fitness industry in 2008 and started with Personal Training and teaching Les Mills BodyPump classes and since then has tried everything she has got the chance to do; from mini trampoline classes, boxing, Bodyattack to cycle, but Steph found Pilates Reformer in 2015 and loved what it offered in regards to strength and control for class members and herself.

For Steph, the most rewarding thing to see as an instructor is having someone brand new to pilates or fitness come into your class feeling a little nervous and unsure and being able to guide them through their class so when they leave they feel like they want to and CAN do it all again!

Steph's style of teaching is mixed between slow/controlled/body awareness to a flow and burn!! She does love a bit of scooter and booty work and that feeling of “oh i think i’ve just grown a little taller” as you leave a class.

But the most important part is to make each member feel welcomed and that they can achieve the class, there’s a regression and progression for everything and sometimes bigger isn’t always better.

Kelly's love of Pilates became prominent about 7 years ago after spending many years engaging in high
intensity, strength training and long distance running. By adding Pilates into her workouts, it gave her
the balance she needed, both physically and mentally. It is these benefits, she hopes to instil in the members at TCG.
The coordination of both mind and body, muscle flexibility, joint stability, strength and core control is key to Kelly's practice and philosophy and because of this, Kelly wanted to share her enjoyment and love of Pilates with others so went on to complete both Mat and Reformer with Polestar Education.
Health and Fitness has always been a huge part of her life and her weekly exercise consists of a variety of Pilates, strength and conditioning, function training and running....and she is an avid soccer player!

​Hayden has spent his life keeping fit and active, from a young age competing in Surf Life Saving, then moving to longer distance Surf Ski Ocean Racing, now Hayden finds his training focusing on triathlon, strength and conditioning, plus calisthenics movements. All of which he hopes will add the the already huge depth of knowledge at The Cube Gym.
