Q. How do I register for the trial?
A. All you need to do is click here and register with our gym management tool MindBody Online. Register your details, enter your payment and you are good to go.
Q. When does my trial begin?
A. Your trial begins when you attend your first class. So you can register now and begin when you are ready.
Q. During the Two Week Trial can I attend all classes?
A. Yes. Once you are registered you can attend all the classes on the timetable.
Q. What sort of classes do you offer?
A. We offer over 70 classes per week, 7 days per week. These include (but not limited to); strength and conditioning, push / pull strength classes, foundation programming, cardio and core, ladies only weight training, ladies only conditioning, group conditioning, plus much more. Q. Why does it cost $60?
A. In the past we have offered a cheaper trial offer, however we wanted to increase that offering by opening up our Reformer Pilates plus our Foundation Program. Allowing more opportunity for you to get to know how our programming and timetable works at The Cube Gym. We have found that this monetary commitment also helps get people who are committed to their health and wellbeing and into the gym and actually valuing their sessions with us. This is the sort of person we want to see walking through our doors at The Cube Gym.
Q. Do you have a beginners class?
A. We are proud to offer a Foundation Program at TCG which is a great start for any beginners. This is FREE and included in your trial as well as our Unlimited Membership.
It is a chance for our newer members to really get to know the programming we offer at TCG and help work through any questions or queries they may have, with a strong focus on technique and form.
These sessions each week: Monday 6-7pm / Wednesday 8-9am / Friday 8-9am / Saturday 9:30-10:30am
There are only 8 spaces for each of these sessions, so please be sure to book in if you are interested.

Q. How many group training sessions are included?
A. We have over 70 sessions on each week at The Cube Gym. With your 2 Week Trial you can attend any of the sessions on our timetable (we don’t expect you to make it to them all, however being a two week trial we believe this gives you a good chance to try a variety of sessions across the timetable, plus lets you really understand our methodology at The Cube Gym. Plus, we want to make sure we are the right gym for you, we fit in your schedule and are exactly what you are after.
Q. Once I have completed my trial, how do I sign up?
A. If you sign up to one of our UNLIMITED Memberships before the end of your trial, we will give you ONE WEEK FREE. The best way to sign up is via TCG App (iPhone / Android), you can find a step-by-step guide here. Alternatively you can sign up through MindBody Online here. Or we can process this in the gym for you.
Q. How much is membership?
A. Our most popular is our Unlimited "Results" Membership which is $60/week. This membership has to be locked in for a min. 6 months. Other membership options can be found here.
Q. What other memberships do you have?
A. At The Cube Gym we have a variety of other membership options including student / apprentice rates ($50/week). Gym access only ($35 / week). Casual classes are available for $40 per session / gym visit.
Q. Is your membership a lock in contract?
A. We have two options here, our $70 / week "Freedom" Membership is a no lock in contract, cancel anytime. (We just ask, that if you can, give us two weeks notice so we can process this easily). We also have a $60 / week "Results" Membership which is a lock in for a min. 6 months.
We can also pause your membership if needed. For example, you may go away for holidays or are unwell. This pause can only be made for periods greater than two weeks.
Q. I am new to gym / training, will I be able to fit in?
A. Definitely. Our programming is such that we cater to all different fitness levels, abilities and skill sets. We are proud to offer a Foundation Program which is FREE and included in your trial as well as our Unlimited Membership. This is a chance for our newer members to really get to know the programming we offer at TCG and help work through any questions or queries they may have, with a strong focus on technique and form.

Q. Can I just use the gym?
A. Yes. As a part of our Unlimited Membership you can use the gym floor anytime we are open (7 days per week). We do ask however that classes and PT’s get priority over equipment.
Q. Do you have an app?
A. Yes. You can download our the TCG App here (iPhone / Android). From the app your can book classes, see the timetable, plus book in for any of our The Cube Allied Health services.

Q. Do you have showers and change facilities?
A. Yes. We have shower and change area for male and female (2 x showers in each) along we amenities for your use (we unfortunately do not provide towels).
Q. How are you managing the health and safety of members during COVID-19?

Q. Do I need to be double vaccinated to come to the gym?
A. Yes, from the 11th of October 2021 we are able to open our doors to the fully vaccinated and those with medical exemptions. This will be continually monitored as we receive further information from NSW Health.
