With so many classes on offer, we know it can be challenging to choose one that’s right for you. You’ll find detailed information and fitness level recommendations for each of our sessions under each class. Alternatively, contact us and one of our friendly team members will be more than happy to recommend classes based on your goals and fitness level.
At The Cube Gym, we don’t just offer one size fits all classes run by unqualified trainers. Each and every one of our 75+ weekly classes follow structured and evidence-based programming and are run by experienced, highly qualified trainers. Plus, we have plenty of space, so you won’t be training in a shoebox!

The Cube Gym’s Foundation Program is a great starting point for beginners. It offers new members and beginners everything you need to reap the benefits of our group training classes without feeling out of your depth.
We are located on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, just behind Warringah Mall on Old Pittwater Road, Brookvale. Find us on Google Maps here. We have off street parking available to members in front of the gym and on our rooftop. There is also ample street parking on Old Pittwater Road.
