What To Expect

All Fitness Levels Welcome

Our Push/Pull strength programming classes welcome all abilities and fitness levels, with beginner, intermediate and advanced programming available in within each session.

Pull Days

On Tuesday’s our programming follows a ‘pull focus’. These days will involve back dominant exercises including deadlifts, pull ups, seated rows and more.

Push Days

On Thursday’s our programming follows a ‘push focus’. These days will involve front dominant exercises including squats, bench press, overhead press and more.

Thoughtfully Designed Classes

Our push/pull strength classes follow programs thoughtfully designed by our qualified trainers to help enhance performance and minimise the risk of injury.

Fitness
Prerequisites

If you have experience completing basic compound lifts, you’ll be fine to attend this class.

However, if you are completely new to strength and conditioning training, we recommend for you to attend either our foundation program and/or our barbell foundations session prior.
