What To Expect

Hot and Cold Therapy

This session involves a mixture of ice bath plunging and hot showers to help reduce muscle pain and aid a faster recovery.

Mobility Drills

We’ll take you through techniques involving the glutes, hamstrings, calves, hip flexors and more to help improve mobility.

Release Techniques

Soothe sore or niggling muscles as we take you through a number of foam roller and trigger ball release techniques.

Expert Guidance

Every session is run by one of our highly qualified and experienced trainers so you know you’re learning from the best.

A Typical Session
Involves

Ice bath plunging (2-3 rounds):

  • 1-2 min ice bath
  • 1-2 min hot shower

Release and Mobility Drills:

  • Glutes, quads, calves, ITB, hamstrings, hip flexors and other muscle release techniques.
