‘Strongman’ training?

The strongman style of training involves swapping out traditional mass-building exercises with movements specifically designed to develop functional strength, cardiovascular conditioning and speed.

When done with the correct technique and adequate progression in load, strongman training can boost your metabolism for up to 72 hours post session.
