Our HIIT classes follow programming thoughtfully designed by our trainers to enhance performance and minimise the chance of injuries.

Every HIIT class is run by one of our highly qualified and experienced trainers, so you can train safely and with correct form.

Interval Based Workouts

Our HIIT workouts include short bursts of intense efforts alternated with low-intensity or recovery periods. This can include ergs, bodyweight, kettlebell, sled, dumbbell exercises and more.

Fitness Prerequisites

These sessions are as hard as you make them, meaning they’re suitable for most fitness levels.

However, if you have never trained, or are getting back into it after a long hiatus, we recommend you begin with one of our foundation program sessions.
