Build A Solid Foundation

The Foundation Program is designed as a pathway into our main group sessions, allowing you to safely and confidently build your fitness level and then progress.

All Fitness Levels And Abilities Welcome

New to the gym or physical exercise? Or just returning from injury? Our coaches will tailor this session to suit you and your needs.

Small, Supervised Sessions

These sessions take place in small intimate groups of 8 so you can be sure you’ll receive expert guidance from one of our qualified trainers.

A Focus On Technique

These sessions focus on improving your technique, movement patterns and building a cardio base while educating you on what to expect in the main group classes.
