What To Expect

Advanced Conditioning

This class is for our more advanced members who want to push themselves with a range of cardio movements. Classes focus on either strength or conditioning from week to week.

Team Training

Midweek madness is a team based class with a competitive format. Teams will run through a relay of cardio exercises in groups of 3.

Expert Guidance

All timetabled classes are run by one of our highly qualified and experienced trainers, following structured, evidence based programming to help prevent injury.

  • Deadlift: Guys 2x BW, Girls 1.5x BW
  • Row 2km: Guys <7:30 min, Girls <8:30 min
