Advanced Movements

Our weightlifting class is based around advanced clean, jerk and snatch movements and their derivatives. From hang clean pulls to snatch balances, sotts presses and more.

Expert Guidance

This session is run by one of our highly qualified and experienced trainers to ensure all movements are performed safely and with correct form.

Thoughtfully Designed Classes

Our weightlifting classes follow programs designed by our qualified trainers to help enhance performance and minimise the risk of injury.

Before participating in this class members must be able to perform the following movements:

  • BB overhead squat 50% bodyweight x 3
  • BB front squat bodyweight x 3 (able to hold BB front rack position comfortably)
