Personal training involves a trainer with a certificate 3 and 4 in fitness training a relatively healthy person with little or no injuries. Exercise physiology on the other hand, is for those with musculoskeletal injuries or chronic conditions. Sessions are conducted by an exercise physiologist who has completed at years 4 years of university and post graduate experience.

You will often be asked to complete home based stretching or mobility exercises in addition to your sessions. These exercises aim to help you achieve your goal sooner.
