Experience

Clare grew up in the Blue Mountains, playing representative level netball, touch football and most recently Rugby Sevens. Clare has always valued exercise, especially strength training and considers it a vital part of health and wellbeing. She believes movement is medicine especially when it comes to managing injuries and negotiating the changes that occur as we progress through life’s stages.
Clare strives to continually improve her clinical knowledge so she can provide her clients with the best advice, treatment, and training. Clare completed a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science. After realising the importance of exercise and its role in the management and promotion of health and performance she went on to study a Masters in ClinicalExercise Physiology.
Since graduating Clare has spent time working in Private Practice where she worked closely with Physiotherapists, GPsand Specialists. Clare has a strong understanding of rehabilitation timelines, and wealth of experience working with individuals managing and treating acute and chronic conditions.
Clare appreciates that everyone has different goals, she aims to help each client better understand their injury/condition andsupport them through movement and exercise to have a positive influence of their health and wellbeing.
