  • Cert 3 & 4 Personal Training

  • Strength & Conditioning with a particular focus to lumbo-pelvic and lower limb stability, breathing mechanics, and posture to support sound movement and athletic endeavors
  • Prehab and Injury Prevention for the general population.
  • General population program design for athletic endeavors
  • Lifestyle Assessments and intervention to promote longevity and disease prevention

Experience:

I started as a personal trainer in 2009.

My training background includes 10+ years of Rugby Union, 5+ years at Crossfit Active, and participation in a number of obstacle course races and running events. In 2019 I competed in Redbull Defiance. A multistage, multidiscipline adventure race, which required 10 months of preparation.

For a huge part of my career I’ve worked with clients that live with disabilities and/or chronic disease. Working with clients that live with Multiple sclerosis , Muscular Dystrophy , Motor Neurone Disease, Autism, Cardiovascular Disease and Amputation. These particular experiences have gifted me a unique perspective on human movement which has shaped the way I coach.
