I’ve spent the last 17 years helping people build stronger, healthier, and more capable bodies.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked with everyone from complete beginners and busy professionals through to athletes, as well as individuals living with chronic disease, neurological conditions, and disability.
Those experiences taught me that while everyone’s goals are different, the foundations of good health are remarkably consistent.
People need strength to move well and remain independent. They need aerobic fitness to support energy, resilience, and long-term cardiovascular health. They need a healthy body composition to support both performance and disease prevention.
My coaching philosophy is simple. Health should support your life, not take it over.
That’s why I founded BASIS, a preventative health platform built around the three physical qualities most closely linked to long-term health: Strength, Aerobic Capacity & Body Composition.
Rather than chasing exhaustion or spending endless hours in the gym, my approach focuses on helping people build meaningful results through intelligent, sustainable training that fits real life. The best program isn’t the hardest one, it’s the one you’re still doing years from now.
