For each of our classes we have a variety of "levels" at which any member or visitor can complete the scheduled programming - this allows for a scaling of exercises along with progression through to full movements. This is particularly important when it comes to strength components of our training system.
Green Programming is for beginners aimed at building a fundamental base of strength and fitness. Allowing for progression and growth, while catering for any physical, medical or clinical factors which may impair movement.
Blue Programming is for intermediate trainers looking to progress from the green level with sufficient base strength and fitness.
Black Programming is for the more advanced members who have progressed through the levels and have adequate movement patterns and balanced strength requirements.
Goal Specific Programming For athletes and/or everyday people with a specific goal. Whether it be a sporting event, rehabilitation and/or health professional advice, a program can be provided or adhered to with the facilities at hand. Check out the clinical services we provide at The Cube Gym here..
