I started doing Reformer Pilates back in 2021 to support my recovery from ACL injuries, and quickly fell in love with it, and haven’t looked back since. In my final year of school, I decided to get my qualifications and turn that passion into something more.
I’ve always been really interested in the body and how it works, so becoming an instructor felt like a natural step and I haven’t stopped.
I love how you can isolate different muscle groups and really focus on building strength in a controlled, effective way, while still improving overall movement and stability.
You can expect a challenging yet supportive environment, with strong progressions designed to get the whole body working.
I especially love layering exercises to build intensty, so you’ll feel that full body burn while still moving with control & purpose.
