Experience

Chris’s career spans 14 years, during which he has worked with over 500 athletes across 20+ sports. His contributions to Olympic teams, such as the Chinese Women’s Volleyball (Gold Medal in Rio 2016) and multiple Gold Medal successes in Women’s Tennis and Weightlifting in Tokyo 2020, underscore his exceptional coaching abilities. Chris has taken on the role of the Head of Athletic Development for our TCG Performance Academy. A Long-Term Athletic Development Pathway for elite/developmental athletes, sporting participants, or those looking to further develop their general athleticism. Beyond the elite level, Chris also has extensive experience in personal training, where he leverages his expertise in injury management and prevention to ensure safe and effective training sessions. As a dedicated and results-driven professional, Chris is known for his positive energy and client-centric approach.
