Qualifications:

• Cert III & IV in Fitness (Master Trainer, AIF)
• Cert III Nutrition Coach (AIF)

Hayden is co-owner of The Cube Gym and has spent his life keeping fit and active from a young age, competing in Surf Life Saving, then moving to longer distance Surf Ski Ocean Racing, now Hayden finds his training focusing on multi-sport races, strength and conditioning, plus as much surfing as he can do. Hayden’s years of experience and immersion in the local community adds to the the already huge depth of knowledge at The Cube Gym
