Experience:

For Holly, health has always been about more than just the physical. She has long been drawn to practices that take a holistic approach to wellbeing, supporting both mind and body. Throughout a fast-paced professional career, movement remained her anchor – providing community, balance and an opportunity to reset and recharge.

Whilst always loving strength-focused group training, Reformer offered something different – quickly becoming her favourite form of mindful movement. No phone, no to-do lists, no thinking about what’s next. Just breath, movement and trying to survive the Pilates burn. Curious to deepen her own practice, Holly completed her instructor training and now loves creating that same feeling for others.

In Holly’s classes, expect creative flows, thoughtful layering and plenty of opportunities to challenge yourself, wherever you’re at. Come as you are – she’ll meet you there. Try the layer, leave the layer, surprise yourself, and enjoy the challenge of that spicy burn.

Her goal is simple: to create 50 minutes in your week that are entirely yours. A chance to switch off, challenge yourself, embrace the shakes, and leave feeling stronger, longer, more grounded, and more connected to your body.
