Jamie embarked on his coaching career in 2009, displaying his commitment to fitness and athlete development. What sets Jamie apart is his extensive experience, including running his own gym, “Strength & Conditioning Gym.” Notably, he spent 7 years coaching at Manly Warringah Sea Eagles, where he made a substantial impact. During his time there, he took on key roles as a Strength & Conditioning Coach, Speed & Agility Coach, and Strongman Coach. His passion and expertise are a valuable asset to our team.
