Kendra has over 20 years teaching experience in the fitness industry, covering a wide range of roles from Operations to Marketing. She teaches everything from Yoga to Spin, Aqua to HIIT…and everything in between! With extensive training in many different modalities, body systems and biomechanics, Kendra believes incorporating variety is crucial for a sustainable and engaged fitness journey (or even a single class!). She emphasizes the importance of avoiding overtraining, and prioritizing injury prevention and having a laugh along the way. She actively seeks opportunities for community engagement, business partnerships & collaborations, and ensures the highest level of services are provided at The Cube Gym.
