  • ASCA Level 2 – Strength and Conditioning

  • Athletic Development (Sport specific speed, power, strength, endurance) for both women and men

  • Return to play/sport – post injury strength and re-conditioning

Experience:

Owner of Cabrera Performance Training has worked in the exercise and fitness industry since 2016, specialising in athletic development for field-based athletes.
Over the past decade, Mat has worked in AFL, Rugby Union, Basketball and currently serves as Head of Strength & Conditioning for an NSW NPL Football Club.

Mat has transitioned into academia, teaching future professionals in both Exercise Science and Sports Management.
A former NPL football and Australian u20 futsal player, since hanging up the boots has competed in CrossFit/Strongman, BJJ, and even Salsa dancing!
