She’s honed her skills in Pre & Post Natal training, Programming Periodisation, Strength & Conditioning, and the art of Boxing. This breadth of knowledge allows her to craft tailored approaches for individuals, ensuring optimal performance and results. With a holistic approach to training, Nic seamlessly blends Strength & Conditioning, CrossFit sessions, and the occasional 5km run to provide a comprehensive fitness experience.
