Sam’s style of training focuses on; strength training, athletic performance, fat loss / weight management.

Since early 2016, Sam has been an enthusiastic coach and personal trainer with a focus on strength development and high intensity conditioning. Through his studies, Sam has gained a passion for athletic development, nutrition and weight management.

Competing in high level sport from a young age, Sam has always been active and competitive. Since high school, Sam’s philosophy has held strong to continuously strive to improve his capabilities for any of life’s challenges, which is why he has maintained a versatile array of physical activities including gym based strength and conditioning training, calisthenics, running, swimming, gymnastics, and yoga.

For Sam helping others improve their capabilities and wellbeing is the greatest reward. Seeing challenges being overcome and the transformation in others is what it is all about for Sam. Fitness is a lifestyle and Sam strives to get you loving it as much as he does.
