Theo has always had a passion for being of service to others through improving people’s health and well being, which is what motivated him to get involved in the health and fitness industry.
Theo started his journey with a pivotal role with a new rowing youth academy at a high school, helping them to win their accolades and develop these adolescents into long term athletes.
The bulk of Theo’s career has been helping the everyday person become a bit better than yesterday in personal training for the last 7 years.
Theo’s skills shine in his effective technique teaching, which is evident in his client’s progress of strength where common examples come from people having lower back pain to being able to deadlift more than their body weight.
